K-HEART MARKET — VENDOR CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a vendor has been accepted and their vendor fee has been paid, their spot is reserved specifically for them.

CANCELLATION BY THE VENDOR

If you need to cancel your participation, please contact K-Heart Market as soon as possible.

More than 8 weeks before the event:
A full refund of the vendor fee is available.

4–8 weeks before the event:
A 50% refund of the vendor fee is available.

Less than 4 weeks before the event:
The vendor fee is non-refundable.

NO-SHOWS

If a vendor does not attend the event and has not contacted K-Heart Market beforehand, their vendor fee will not be refunded.

If an emergency or unexpected situation prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis.

TRANSFER OF A VENDOR SPOT

Vendor spots may not be sold, transferred or given to another person without prior approval from K-Heart Market.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us before arranging a replacement.

CANCELLATION BY K-HEART MARKET

If K-Heart Market has to cancel the event, vendors will receive a full refund of their vendor fee.

If the event is postponed or the date/location is changed, vendors will be informed as soon as possible and will receive information about their options.

K-Heart Market reserves the right to cancel a vendor’s participation if the vendor does not comply with the vendor agreement, event rules or payment deadlines. In such cases, the refund policy will depend on the circumstances.

By submitting a vendor application and accepting a vendor spot, you agree to this cancellation policy.
