Share your creativity at the K-Heart market
Do you have a creative skill, hobby or activity you’d love to share with other K-Heart visitors? Then we’d love to hear from you!
At K-Heart market, we’re looking for fun, accessible and interactive workshops that visitors can enjoy during the event. Whether it’s something you’ve been teaching for years or simply a hobby you’re passionate about, we’d love to give you the oppurtunity to share it with our community.
What we offer:
As a workshop host, The table space will be completely free!
You will be responsible for:
- Providing the materials needed for your workshop
- Preparing and hosting the workshop
- Cleaning up after the workshops (Volunteers can help if needed)
- Keeping the workshops affordable for visitors
Because we want the workshops to be accessible to as many people as possible, workshops may not cost more than €10 per participant (This can be discussed but we will not accept anything over Max €15!)
This allows you to cover for some or all of your material costs while keeping the activity affordable for our visitors
What we are looking for:
We’re especially interested in workshops that are:
- Creative and hands-on
- beginner friendly
- Suitable for a range of ages
- Affordable and accessible
Examples:
- Making bracelets
- goodluck knot
- painting
- drawing/colouring
- make up styling
these are just examples and anything is welcome!
How does it work?
Submit your idea through our interest form. we’ll look at the proposed activity, estimated duration, capacity and costs before confirming the workshop idea.
Please note that submitting the form doesn’t automatically guarantee a spot. we will contact you after reviewing your idea.
To host a workshop we prefer you to be atleast 18+ if you are younger we will need permission from your guardian
